Rhinoplasty is surgery where balance matters.
That is why, if surgery focuses only on the nose,
satisfaction often falls short.
At Hani, along with current nose concerns and your desired shape,
we consider the balance of the structures around the nose.
A line designed to address both aesthetic and functional considerations,
bringing out the beauty of your face.
That is the goal of rhinoplasty at Hani.

With Hani Plastic Surgery's own know-how and skill,
we aim to offer value beyond beauty.

Natural nasal tip
With delicate handling of your own tissue,
the nasal tip moves and feels
soft, like a natural nose

Minimal scarring
With careful incision and suturing,
visible surgical
marks are minimized

Design that considers balance
Individual needs, face shape,
and balance with the areas around the nose
considered in the design

Addressing functional problems
Functional nose problems
such as a deviated septum
addressed at the same time
Hani Rhinoplasty by Type #01
When the area between the brows and the nasal bridge is low, considering overall facial proportions,
we calculate the height and length of the nose
and design the line into the shape you want

Through pre-surgery consultation, the nose length,
overall height, and desired line
are planned after consultation with the surgeon

An implant or your own tissue is
inserted into the nasal bridge to achieve the desired height and line,
improving the nasal bridge

Your own cartilage is placed on the tip to improve it,
with sufficient release and fixation for a soft
feel and flexibility

Smooth from between the brows to the tip,
proportionate to the face overall:
a well-defined, straight line
Hani Rhinoplasty by Type #02
When the nose looks round overall and the tip is blunt,
correction based on the cause creates a slimmer tip line.

Through pre-surgery consultation, the cause of the bulbous nose
is analyzed and a tailored surgical plan is made

For a slimmer look, the alar cartilage is
trimmed, brought to the center, and repositioned

When there is a lot of subcutaneous fat, some is
carefully removed to reduce bulkiness

Cartilage is placed on the tip to create a refined line
without a blunt look
Hani Rhinoplasty by Type #03
When the middle of the nasal bridge protrudes, making it uneven,
surgery tailored to the size of the hump creates a smooth nose line.
case 1
Mild hump nose
The hump, made of cartilage and bone,
is smoothed using an osteotome.

case 2
Severe hump nose
Because a hump is often accompanied by a drooping tip,
the protruding hump is smoothed and,
depending on the degree of drooping, your own cartilage is used
to correct the shape and height of the tip.

Analysis of the hump size, tip drooping, and other issues,
with a design plan based on your desired nose shape

Depending on how much it protrudes, osteotomy or
rasping smooths the nasal bridge

Using an implant, your own tissue, or your own cartilage,
correction to the desired shape and height

Smooth from between the brows to the tip,
A continuous, well-defined line
Hani Rhinoplasty by Type #04
When the nose itself is short and the tip
is turned up, showing much of the nostrils,
a short nose is lengthened downward and corrected to an ideal angle and length.

Through pre-surgery consultation, the nose length,
Height and desired line are planned

After the tip cartilage is released, length is extended
without putting strain on the skin

To reduce the risk of recurrent tip drooping,
your own cartilage is sufficiently released and fixed,
and lateral crural (alar cartilage) correction also corrects raised alar wings

Reduced nostril show when viewed from the front:
a change to an ideal tip line
Hani Rhinoplasty by Type #05
For a nose that is long with a tip that seems to droop,
appropriate cartilage handling based on the degree and cause of drooping
adjusts the length and angle of the nose.

Considering nose length, degree of drooping, and your needs,
design and surgical planning

Part of the drooping tip cartilage
is appropriately removed

The tip cartilage is repositioned upward and fixed.
A support made of your own cartilage helps prevent recurrence

If needed, your own cartilage is used
to correct the angle and shape of the tip
An implant is used to design the nasal bridge line.
Hani Rhinoplasty by Type #06
For a crooked nose, visible asymmetry and internal functional problems such as a deviated septum
are corrected at the same time.
case 1
When the nasal bone is crooked

Considering nose length, degree of drooping, and your needs,
design and surgical planning

Part of the drooping tip cartilage
is appropriately removed

The tip cartilage is repositioned upward and fixed.
A support made of your own cartilage helps prevent recurrence
case 2
When the septal cartilage is crooked

The degree of deviation and the nose's internal
functional problems are assessed comprehensively

Part of the deviated septal cartilage
is removed, then the alar cartilage is corrected for symmetry

Nasal tip asymmetry
corrected for a straight nose
Those who want to improve a low nasal bridge
Those concerned about a hump nose
Those with a long or drooping nose
Those who need crooked nose correction
Those who want to address functional concerns such as nasal congestion along with rhinoplasty
Those who need upturned or short nose correction
Those who want natural-looking rhinoplasty
The overall facial line flowing from the forehead
through the nasal bridge to the chin is designed elegantly;
we design a well-shaped nose bridge and fat graft volume.

Considering facial proportions:
Nose length and width

Considering forehead height and volume,
adjusting the starting point and angle of the nasal bridge

Considering the nasolabial angle,
nasal tip height and angle

Considering the nasal tip, philtrum, and lip line,
chin volume

Designed to reduce drooping when smiling:
balance of the alar wings and columella

Nostril symmetry
and size analysis
