Before lower blepharoplasty,
we know well what patients worry about.
While keeping marks such as scars and side effects to a minimum,
we thought hard about how to achieve a quick recovery and a naturally
more youthful look.
A refreshed look,
we hope you feel at your best again.

With Hani Plastic Surgery's own know-how and skill,
we aim to offer value beyond beauty.

Less noticeable marks
A precise micro-incision line close to the lower lashes and
dissolvable sutures, placed with skin thickness in mind,
for closure planned with scar tissue and scarring in mind

With our in-house technique,
helping reduce side effects
the amount of sagging skin to remove is estimated before surgery.
Only that exact amount is removed first,
helping reduce the chance of ectropion caused by excessive skin removal.

A brighter, more youthful look
Uneven fat under the eyes
is repositioned broadly toward the cheekbones
for a smooth, bright under-eye area

Helping reduce recurrence
With septum reinforcement and muscle fixation,
future fat and
helps reduce skin sagging

It should not happen, but
ectropion can occasionally occur after surgery,
causing discomfort.
Choosing an experienced surgeon and clinic carefully is important.
Q&A 01
What is ectropion?
The lash line turns outward,
exposing the inner lining of the eyelid.
It causes significant discomfort for the patient
and affects appearance as well.
Because the eye becomes more exposed to outside contaminants,
dry eye, corneal damage, reduced vision,
redness, and other problems can follow.
Q&A 02
Why does it happen?
During lower blepharoplasty, pulling the skin too hard
or removing too much is the cause.
Because there isn't enough skin,
the lower eyelid turns outward.
Q&A 03
Is there a way to improve it?
- Mild cases -
Mild cases may improve over time.
If the medical team deems it necessary, massaging upward
can help, and after surgery
the first 2–4 weeks are the critical treatment window.
Taping can also relieve symptoms.
- Severe cases -
Surgical treatment is needed.
Lateral canthal fixation (canthopexy) or an upper eyelid skin graft is needed.

and sagging that cast shadows and make you look older
