As the name suggests, partial incision uses small partial incisions
to offer the natural look of the suture method with fixation close to the incisional method.
It is an option worth considering.
Toward the inner and outer corners where fixation is weaker,
or wherever fixation is weaker for the individual,
2–3 incision points are made,
and unnecessary fat and muscle can be removed,
lowering the burden of incisional surgery
while creating a firm double eyelid line.
